Sex And Insurance Premiums.

My sister is a year younger than I am and pays less for her Arizona Auto Insurance than I do.  Why is that?

In the simplest of terms,  females pay less for insurance than males because they have fewer accidents.  No matter what current folklore suggests about the driving abilities of the female population,  statistics show that they are not going to have as many claims against their policies.

Statistics also show that when they do file claims they will be much lower than the males of the same age.  So until the statistics show otherwise,  you will continue to pay higher rates than your sister.
